Nicole / 21 / Canada / Jan 12,89 / Capricorn – My names Nicole (feel free to call me Nicky). I have a great life and I want spread the joy in a manner of speaking. Why did I choose the fat queen? Well with today’s society, a lot of people have health and weight issues and I have slowly become one of those people. Sitting at home has caused me to gain some weight but I do know what it takes to lose it and I want to share my journey with you. There is more than just being healthy physically in life, there’s spiritual health, mental health, social health, and much more.
So my goal is to show you what it takes to accomplish all these things and I’ll admit I haven’t perfected them, I’m not a doctor or a therapist, but I do know what it takes to be happy in life. I use to be really overweight and managed to get it off by healthy eating and exercise. I lost touch with myself and ended up gaining it back, so here we go again but this time I want to get you involved. It doesn’t matter if your fat or thin, happy or sad, good or bad, there is something here for everyone.
My Mission
So what is my mission in all of this? I kind of feel it was destiny to gain some weight honestly, because now I get to go through losing it with you. I have to give my boyfriend a shout out here, his name is Mike, and he has been with me through thick and thin, literally. I will also talk about love because there is a lot of it in my life. I’ve been with Mike for 5 years and my parents have been together since I was born, I guess that makes me an expert? Who knows!
As our motto goes, going from fat to fit one day at a time. Here you’ll find a diary of important things to know in having an abundant fulfilling life. Over %95 of people die without having their desires fulfilled, it’s sad and true, but I don’t want that to happen to any of you. I will post videos of myself, probably talking about random stuff. I know I may get rude responses or disagreements from people, but that’s okay, like I said, I’m not perfect and I’m not a doctor or therapist or any kind of health expert but I’m opening up for all of you to show how important it is to truly be who you are.
Be yourself, because everyone else is taken.
