Protein is an importance substance for our bodies. It helps build muscle, repair tissue and your hair and nails are mostly made up of protein.
Increased levels of protein can promote weight loss. Experts recommend a diet containing 25 to 35% protein for weight loss and 20 to 25% for maintaining weight.
Good sources of protein include: fish, seafood, white meat poultry, eggs, beans, milk, cheese, and soy.

This season, executive producer Allison Grodner and her team have planted a mole among the houseguests to do viewers’ bidding and disrupt the players’ lives during “Big Brother 12,” which debuts July 8 at 8 p.m. EDT. Grodner said the saboteur, who will be revealed to viewers on the July 15 episode, isn’t eligible to win the $500,000 grand prize.
“For the first time ever, we have someone in the house who, in a way, is playing their own game,” said Grodner, who stressed that the operative is not an actor but a real person who was picked alongside everyone else. “They’re playing for a cash prize, if they make it a certain amount of time in the house. If they don’t last, they’re out, and their cover is blown.”

Here’s a quick guide you can follow to help flatten your stomach. Print this list out and post it somewhere in your house where you’ll see it.
1. Walk/jog for 30 minutes at least 3 times per week to boost your metabolism in order to burn that fat.
2. Eat a small handful of almonds (at least 6) every morning. Almonds are one of the healthiest snacks you can eat and the protein is good for burning fat.
3. Purchase a Pilates DVD and do the exercises at least 2-3 times per week. Pilates works on toning your entire body with concentration on your powerhouse (middle section) and will improve your flexibility.
